What resources do Superior Software Solutions need to apply to Your Project to ensure that we have 100% of your business data ready to make the Business Changing move to Pearl a success. We need to do this while making sure that interruption to your daily business is kept to a minimum. |
We will define how long and how much it will cost to migrate your data across to Pearl.
This may involve liaising with Software Vendors to extract your data from their application. Please note that you may need up to date support agreements with vendors for them to provide support. This is beyond our control. |

We will collectively define your Marketing objectives and present to you a plan which will address these needs. If you dont have your own inhouse designers to work on your Marketing Materials well dont worry as our Design Team are read to take care of this for you. |
| Training Requirements |
How do you intend to have your internal key personnel trained in the use of Pearl. |
Pearl is a straight forward logical application. However it still takes a little time to figure out exactly where everything is. Some training will be required on Pearl functionality and in this aspect we will create a training plan so that when you "Go Live" you will be up an running with minimal impact on your business. |
Stage 2. Project Specification.
In this Stage your Project Manager will create a "Project Specification" based upon your requirements. This will include associated times and costs for each aspect of your project.
This will include a time line of events that need to occur as well as "Milestones" or "Goals" which must be reached before this section is closed off.
Stage 3. Project Submission/Alteration & Sign Off.
Based upon the information obtained in Stage 1 your Project Manager will present you with a "Project Specification" which will cover all the areas listed above as well as any other specific areas that you need covered. Within this document you will be presented with clearly defined Schedule of time lines and costings associated with each aspect of your project. Collectively you will review this document and note any alterations that need to be made.
Upon agreement that the "Project Specification" is 100% accurate and reflects your Exact Business requirements we will sign off and go into the Initial Production / Transition Phase.
Ongoing Updates.
Within the Superior Software Solutions Project Cycle we keep our you "In the Loop" 100% of the way. When we create "Your Project" it is input within the Pearl Project Management Application. Within this Project we assign "Jobs". These "Jobs" are then assigned to an individual who will complete each task.
Most importantly you the client are set up as a member of the "Project Team". Relevant updates are sent to you from the system for your comments or approval. So at each stage of the development cycle you are 100% informed and 100% involved in the progression of "Your Project"
With this level of package we allocate 5 hours to the definition and creation of the final "Blueprint" that will form the basis of your entire project.
