To provide the best service to our clients we need to provide the best support services possible.

 

Your Core Pearl System is supported "Free of Charge" for the lifetime of your relationship with Pearl. However we realise that the transition to Pearl, though smooth, requires a certain amount of support on the general use of the system. To achieve this Superior Software Solutions uses Support Packs.

 

These packs are purchased in Advance and are for a Pre Defined number of hours. These packs are your protection and ensure that you have access to the best support available.

 

With our Support Packs you are always protected!

  • Pearl Interface Support. Pearl Core System Support is Always Free!
  • Remote Helpdesk. (24 Hour Call Logging)
  • Pearl Application Use Support. (From Accounts to Web Store we've got your cobered!)
  • Remote Training & Assistance. (Like having a trainer in your office)
  • General Queries. (Can Pearl do this?)
  • General "How To's"

 

Our Support Packs do not cover our on site Consultancy or Training Services.

Training

As with any system, you only get useful information out of you put good information in. There are many many ways that you can set up a Pearl account - and we'd rather that you start out in the right direction from the beginning. If you would like to get some one on one quality web training then just let us know and we'll allocate the time against your support pack (as above). One of our team will call you at a pre arranged time, and share screens over the internet to cover any area of the system that you might want help with.

How does it work?

We use the online Pearl Help Desk system to provide support. You can raise a support ticket with any query you have. Each support ticket you raise is logged, and the time that our team spend working to resolve your issue uses up the time from your prepaid support pack. If you raise an issue that is due to a system bug, or something that needs tweaking or fixing on Pearl, then the time is not billed against your account - this is what we call Technical Support. Telephone Support, advice & remote / On Line training, can all be taken as part of your support packs.

There is no expiry to your support packs - so you can buy a Silver pack when you start with Pearl and use it up over the next 6 months, if you need to.

Telephone support

Telephone support is only available if you have a Silver or Gold pack. All telephone calls need a ticket reference so that we can keep everyone up to date as your support query progresses. We'll raise a ticket for you on the phone if you haven't already got one. We can't always answer your question on the phone, and if not we'll log the question and reply by ticket response - you'll get an email and SMS (if we have your mobile number) as soon as the ticket is updated.
