AcuGraph Europe are the exclusive distributors of the AcuGraph range across 50 territories in Europe. They have partners in a number of countries who each have dedicated AcuGraph domains as well as localized versions of the AcuGraph main site.
The Objective The objective of AcuGraph is to have up to 40 localized versions of their site all sharing the one common data source. Partners in each country will provide help desk support to their territory. AcuGraph Europe also have a "Practitioner Program" allowing Complimentary Medical Practitioners refer their clients to the AcuGraph Europe Web Sites and earn appropriate commissions on each sale generated.
AcuGraph Europe prior to using Pearl had 8 separate business processes that needed to occur to allow any one sale occur or reach completion. Our objective was to streamline these processes and provide them with a fully integrated solution using Pearl.
The Solution We created a multi departmentalized Web Site with the ability to localize each content page into multiple languages. Using Geolocation our system automatically recognizes where a visitor is from and redirects them to the appropriate web site. Partners have a unique log in to their aspect of the System and they can view their sales and support queries.
From the headquarters in Dublin the management of AcuGraph Europe have a 360 degrees view of the business across all regions and departments. The Practitioner Program and Affiliate management are controlled centrally with automatic commission calculation and tracking. |
